If you need technical support while doing your coursework, you may contact UW-Extension Continuing Education, Outreach and E-Learning (CEOEL) Tech Support toll free at 1-877-724-7883 or by e-mail at techsupport@learn.uwsa.edu. CEOEL staff are the people who work with your instructors to set up Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Management courses.

Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

If you call outside of these hours (except from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., when there is no coverage) or during our hours and we are already working with another student, you will reach Tech Support at UW-Madison’s Department of Information Technology. The staff there do not have access to our courses, so they can offer only general (though often useful) assistance with hardware and software or site access.

If you need assistance with your access to D2L or especially with items within the courses, please contact CEOEL Tech Support during the days and times above.
